my company was before at a few different VoIP company and we switch about six months ago to Telebroad and we are staying here this is the best VoIP you have can have on the market !!! they have a very good dashboard where you can see all calls and listen to it live also you can send calls directly to the agent you want!! they have now a very good google chrome extension to log calls on a Microsoft CRM it massive !!

I started my business roughly 2 years ago with a standard phone system and switched to VoIP a little over a year ago. The process and integration was HASSLE FREE and the technician worked during office hours, without a hitch in the work day. The customer service from all staff members is what truly marks a difference toward small business back ends, such as mine. Telebroad has come along with us on our journey of growth, from the training team which took the time to explain so many features which are in effect on a daily basis. The call to fax, online portal and other details are so useful since a large chunk of company sales are done via phone. The Telebroad price is compatible with leading brands, but they also saved me money by advising to use less phones and more features, a smart saving technique for start ups. When wiring was needed, the technician did so with an experienced hand and attention to the minor details, so that our office decor wouldn't be damaged. Tech support members were wonderful and ever so patient. Part of the perks was the door bell intercom connection to our VoIp phones and call transferring to and from cell phones. I'm not that tech savvy, but Telebroad taught me that to run a business, it's part knowledge and a large part of choosing the right providers. I know I've made the right choice

We have signed up with telebroad about 2 months ago, coming from ring central, wile ring central was OK, i needed better features which we where missing, handling 35 users with a large call volume, telebroad seemed to be the best option for dose features,(multi IVR and Queues) wile the features was the reasons we switched, it turned out that we didn't utilize our voip system with the basic features a hosted system provides, wile RC let you do everything on your own we still needed to know what we want!, so the account Architect who was assigned to us, started with understanding what we do for business so he can design the system in a way that will handle our call volume best, we where simply surprised with the analysis he came back with, like sales call priorities, auto login logout for agents, VIP groups, ones we agreed on the setup he assigned us to customer service where THEY actually setup our entire system, and we didn't tip a finger in the setup! (at RC we did had to do everything our salves , now after 2 months our sales actually incised so mush that we had to add sales people to our team, i came to understand that with the right guiding a phone system can change they way you used to do business. i will recommended anyone to go with them for their service and guidance on how to setup your PBX, in top of all the voice Quality is better then what it used to be, thank you TeleBroad
