What is Click to Call
Microsoft outlook allows you to set up click to call with your Email contacts. In the beginning you’ll need to enter all the numbers into the system. Once entered all you need to do is click the number. Your phone will be the first to ring and a automated system will set you up. After you pick up the phone your destination number will be dialed. It doesn’t get easier than that!
For this service to work you will need to be signed on with your VoIP service. You will need a Click To Call program after that it’s very simple to set up. Majority of Click To Call features work the same from provider to provider. So you will be able to change Click To Call numbers from one service to another if you decide to change VoIP services.
If you have Skype on your computer, then whenever you see a phone number it will be hyper linked so when clicked it will ring on the Skype application. This is an excellent feature. Also if you go to many web sites you will see that most have a Click To Call button. This feature is being used extensively.
